Joined a faction. Talked to Lord Lucon, faction leader, who gave me a quest to go and capture a specific Lord who he hated. Captured him. Quest updated to say "Well done. Now take him to a settlement of mine and you will be met at the gates with the reward (5k)" Nope. No-one there. Thing is, the faction I joined has only got 1 Major City and 2 villages left.
